guys…. i will give u streamyx customer service address.. it is located in TTDI vads building.. u guys complained to press or mcmc… they must take action or they will be fined… so u guys can go to can go to the vads building .. they are operating in 1st floor, 6st floor, and 17 floor… they are also operating in oposite giant in KPV(kelana park view)… to get your problem solved fast and have connetion without problem… u guys send complained to mcmc or press… best thing is u guys send complained to both….

There’s no sure solution for everyone – what worked for me happened to work for these people who commented before you did.

It could be that you have more than one infection, and MalwareBytes’ Anti-Malware couldn’t remove it. Did you try running it in safe mode? Are you able to view hidden and system files? Have you run a scan with HijackThis to determine what kind of processes, registry entries, start menu items, etc you have?

But instead coming here for tech support, I suggest going to a tech support forum (like MalwareBytes forum, for example) as you’ll get better help there, as all I can do is post what I’ve experienced, which admittedly isn’t much.

Didn’t work for me. I used Malwarebytes *first* as well as all the programs you’ve listed. I still have the infection coming back over and over again.

Nothing seems to stop it and nothing seems to know what it actually is.

Oh, um, I wrote this quite some time back, so since WordPress changed their interface lately, you might find the pictures rather outdated.

But the Visual and HTML tabs should already be on your editor by default. Here’s a picture I took from my editor:

Take a look in your editor and see if you have those buttons. It should be on the upper right corner of your editor.
